In 2011 Jeffrey Kang established Cogobuy, the first online platform for selling IC components in China, which went public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2014. In 2013 Jeffrey and his team founded IngDan, a strategic O2O platform which provides one-stop supply chain services to entrepreneurs. Within two years IngDan become a preeminent smart hardware innovation and entrepreneurship platform in China.
Creativity is the artistry in having an insight into what one sees around them. Instinctually putting things together in a way no one else has before and finding a way to express that to other people who don’t have that insight.
Something incredible happens when teamwork happens the way it’s supposed to happen. Things change when everyone on the team is equally invested in the overall purpose and goal. We find ourselves working faster, finding mistakes more easily and innovating better.
